Follow the steps listed below to print the Configuration page.
  1. Print out a copy of this Web page and walk over to the printer you are troubleshooting.
  2. Press to enter the MENUS on the control panel of the printer.
  3. Press to highlight INFORMATION.
  4. Press to select INFORMATION.
  5. Press to highlight PRINT CONFIGURATION.
  6. Press to select CONFIGURATION.
The message PRINTING... CONFIGURATION appears on the display until the printer finishes printing the Configuration page. The printer returns to the Ready state after printing the Configuration page.

*The Configuration page is used to view current printer settings, to help troubleshoot printer problems, or to verify installation of optional accessories, such as memory (DIMMs), paper trays, and printer languages.
